Matching individuals to highly relevant and interesting career opportunities is critical to creating an efficient employment marketplace. As an engineer dedicated to making these matches happen, you will be responsible for developing the search and personalization platform. This is a hands-on role that requires an experienced engineer that can lead, research, and implement some of our initial systems to ensure that we are consistently delivering the best possible matches to our Members and Providers. This role also requires a very analytical individual that can design tests to understand the successes and failures of different matching approaches. Additionally, experience developing software with a focus on machine-learning or other types of adaptive systems is a bonus. a GetListed is quickly developing an incredibly rich data-set that will excite any search and personalization engineer.

As a Web Application Engineer, you will have a huge impact, helping to build out the initial systems and business logic of the GetListed application. This involves everything such incorporating search, personalization, transaction systems and more. You will be expected to be a deep thinker on issues, both in development and coming up with innovative approaches to features and problem solving. These roles require a broad range of skills to help build a solid application that will be able to scale for years to come.
